The Peace and Social Justice Commission initiates and supports parish activities and global ministries which serve those in need, works for justice, and shares social teachings. This is done through respecting the sanctity and dignity of human life and making the Gospel of peace and social justice an integral part of Catholic life.
Our Goals:
To create opportunities for all members of the parish to become engaged in social justice activities.
To celebrate diversity by bringing together people of many different traditions, cultures, and faiths to build relationships of justice and love.
To raise awareness of social issues and opportunities facing our families and community, and take action to create a just world.
To promote charitable activities that educate, provide assistance, and create a healthy eco-friendly environment for our parish and community.
